Simple, easy and elegant -- the perfect recipe for a summertime blouse. Third Wave is done in a lightweight cotton gauze and has a boat neckline, three-quarter-length sleeves and a dropped-shoulder construction. The hemline is slightly higher in front, skimming the top of the hips.
