Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Pollicies


We're sorry that your online purchase did not work out, but such is the life of a cyber-shopping woman. accepts returns within 14 days of receipt on full-priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached. Store credit is given for returns received after 14 days of this original delivery date. Exchanges/store credit items received after 30 days will not be accepted without prior approval.

All returns must be sent using our pre-paid UPS shipping label within the US.; $7 will be deducted from your return total. Exchange shipping is free. The label can be downloaded via our Return Portal on Click here to enter the return portal.

Those who opt to use a different method for returns will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. All returns must include a filled-out RA form. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we regret that we can no longer fulfill orders from customers who have an unusually high rate of returns. Due to the high rate of returns on some specific brands, we will be moving to a store-credit-only policy on these brands so that we can continue to keep offering them. All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 48 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday. The only way to guarantee arrival by a certain date is to choose expedited shipping at checkout. All expedited shipping orders placed after 4:30 PM (EST) and on weekends cannot be shipped until the next business day.

We offer In-Store Pick-Up for our local customers. Just use the code INSTORE during checkout, and you will not be charged for shipping. We'll keep your order at our Tremont store, awaiting your arrival! primarily uses USPS or UPS for delivery. Please reach out if you prefer a specific shipping method.

During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. Please note that expedited shipping orders placed during a weekend cannot be shipped until Monday morning.

Depending on where you are in the country, your package should be 3-7 business days in transit. If your order happens on or right before a holiday weekend, a transit delay will be likely. Unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. is not responsible for delays due to shipper errors, whether they be due to weather, package misdirection, etc. That said, we will happily work to get you the latest delivery updates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from EVIELOU.COM, you are responsible for both the full original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 8 percent sales tax. Orders shipped outside Ohio will not be charged for sales tax.
