This flattering dress boasts two draped layers of fabric -- a soft silky blend on top, and a knit jersey underneath. The top layer features a draped scoop neckline, with elastic seaming on the waist; the skirt is softly gathered and falls gently through the hips. The slip layer under the skirt is a bit shorter, adding a sheer effect to the hemline.
