The fabric here is so nice! The tattered tiers are done in a soft silk and are semi-sheer, while the lining is done in a super-soft T-shirt jersey. The knit waistband is quite wide, so much so that this skirt can be pulled up and worn as a strapless dress! The silhouette is close through the hips, then flares easily through the legs.
