Burnout Floral Velvet Shirt, Navy

This pretty blouse can dress up or down with ease. Done in a burnout velvet chiffon, it has long sleeves, a small shirt collar and a button-front placket. The body is somewhat tailored, with a rounded shirttail hemline. Please note that this fabric is semi-sheer; we have it layered over a Tees by Tina tank top. Running true to size.
