Mixed Texture Peplum Top, Rose

SO, so pretty! The top of this one-size piece is loosely knit in an open weave; it is joined at the empire waistline with a shirred inset of a lightweight woven cotton voile. The three-quarter-length sleeves, uneven hemline and rounded neckline add to its breezy appeal.
