Chloe Jersey Trouser, Brown

Tonle is an ethical, zero-waste brand whose mission is to reduce waste in the fashion industry and employ at-risk women in Southeast Asia. They start with scraps from mass clothing manufacturers and, using every last thread, create handmade pieces that are individually signed by their Cambodian makers. These easy pants are done in a soft jersey knit, with a paperbag waistline and a slit pockets on the hips. We find this are running a bit large.

• Fabric note: Made with recycled and remnant fabrics of unknown content and origin. To us, it feels like a cotton jersey.
